Reference Project: Brussels Bank Headquarters Equipped with SELVE Drives
Approximately 2,650 high-quality screens from Belgian manufacturer Helioscreen ensure interior and exterior sun protection.

Spanning over 100,000 m², the headquarters is designed as a passive building, combining innovation with environmental sustainability. Cutting-edge, functional sun protection fabrics provide optimal light and glare control in the offices. Helioscreen, a subsidiary of Hunter Douglas, custom-designed these screens in various sizes. SELVE's drive technology guarantees reliable and precise positioning of the screens.
Helioscreen is supported locally by SELVE Area Manager Oliver Rentmeister. For him, the installation of approximately 2,650 motors makes this Brussels project particularly unique. "All these screens are powered by our versatile SE Plus drive," says Oliver Rentmeister. Additionally, the interior sun protection system is integrated into a complex building control system. Thanks to 1,488 SE Plus drives equipped with integrated SMI technology, bidirectional data exchange and highly accurate screen operation are enabled.
